Welcome to TalkNet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TalkNet Discord bot and any related features or services. By inviting or interacting with TalkNet, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server or discontinue its use.
1. Nature of the Service
TalkNet is a Discord bot designed to enhance communication and entertainment within Discord servers. It operates entirely through Discord’s API and does not function independently as a standalone service or website.

By using TalkNet, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. Continued use of TalkNet after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
3. Proper Use
You agree not to use TalkNet to engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using TalkNet for harassment, hate speech, or sharing explicit or harmful content.
- Attempting to exploit, damage, or interfere with TalkNet’s systems.
- Bypassing moderation tools or filters implemented in the bot.
- Misusing commands to spam or overload servers.
4. Moderation Tools
TalkNet includes features such as profanity filters, anti-link systems, and server moderation tools. These features are meant to assist server administrators in keeping communities safe and compliant with Discord’s rules. TalkNet’s developers are not responsible for how server administrators configure or use these tools.
5. Intellectual Property
The TalkNet name, logo, icons, and all associated assets are the property of TalkNet and its creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited. Any representation implying endorsement or partnership without explicit permission is also forbidden.

7. Availability and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate TalkNet’s service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, policy enforcement, or other reasons. We may also restrict access for users or servers that violate these Terms or Discord’s policies.

TalkNet is provided “as is” without any warranties. The developers are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot. Users and server owners use TalkNet at their own risk.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect updates, new features, or legal requirements. Changes will be effective once published on this page. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
10. Reported Connections
When a TalkNet chat connection between users or servers is reported, a record of the conversation may be stored as evidence for moderation and safety purposes. These logs help protect users and prevent abuse.
Reported connection logs may be stored temporarily or permanently and cannot be deleted or modified upon request, as they may be required for safety investigations or to comply with Discord’s policies. These records are never shared publicly or with third parties except when necessary to enforce safety or legal compliance.
